After returning from the military, Marty set out to change the way people live in the city of Lincoln. He wanted to transform the traditional neighborhood and create a community designed with you in mind; modestly priced and sized right, surrounded by acres of green space. Marty took his 30+ years of housing development experience and put it into a brand new concept: Garden View.
